Philips Lighting NZ ("We", "Us" or "PHILIPS POWER PICKS") maintains this website for your individual entertainment. We offer you (You the "User") access to our website and the ability to participate in our game and other services subject to these terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") and the Official Rules and Regulations, Game Rules for the applicable games, contests and promotions.

The PHILIPS POWER PICKS website is offered to you conditional on your acceptance without modification of the terms and conditions contained herein. Your use of the PHILIPS POWER PICKS website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

ENTRIES
Entries will only be accepted from current employees of Philips Lighting NZ Ltd, J.A. Russell Ltd, Radcliffe Electrical. Participation is on an invitation only basis.

There is a limit of 1 entry per person.

Incorrect, incomplete or corrupted entries will not be accepted. The computer record of the entry will be considered to be the entry. The decision of Philips Lighting NZ is final.

ONLINE CONDUCT
The PHILIPS POWER PICKS website may have links that contain chat areas, news groups, forums, community news, calendars, and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with the public at large or with a group ("Division"), you agree to use the Communication Services only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular Communication Service. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using a Communication Service, you will not:

• Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.

Philips Lighting NZ has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services in the PHILIPS POWER PICKS Website. However, Philips Lighting NZ reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. Philips Lighting NZ reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

PRIZES
In the event that there is more than one first equal winner, the winners will be placed in a draw to be conducted randomly and electronically. The winner will be the person that is selected and the other first place getters will be considered 2nd prize winners. This prioritisation of winner places will continue until all prizes have been allocated.

MATERIALS PROVIDED TO PHILIPS POWER PICKS
Philips Lighting NZ does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to Philips Lighting NZ (including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input or submit to any PHILIPS POWER PICKS Website or its associated services (collectively "Submissions"). CONDITIONS OF PROMOTION

1. The promotion runs for the same time period as the 2011 Super 15 series, or longer if selected by the promotor.
2. Prizes must be taken as offered and are not exchangeable for cash or product alternatives.
3. Ownership of the prize is deemed to be the person whose name features on the registration form.
4. J.A. Russell Ltd, Radcliffe Electrical and Philips Lighting NZ will not enter into discussion regarding prize allocation or prize ownership.
5. Any current employees of Philips Lighting NZ Ltd, J.A. Russell Ltd, Radcliffe Electrical who ceases employment during the period of the promotion will no longer be eligible to win prizes, and any points accumulated to the date employment ceases will be forfeited.
6. Philips Lighting NZ reserves the right to extend, change or end the PHILIPS POWER PICKS promotion, the terms and conditions hereof, or the prizes offered at any time.
7. Any obligations which may arise from the receipt of the prize such as taxes are the responsibility of the prize winner.
